上颌窦根治术后复发的鼻内窥镜观察

Post-operation recurrent observation of maxillary sinus radical treatment by nasal endoscope

目的 :探讨上颌窦根治术后复发的原因。方法 :应用鼻内窥镜对 50例上颌窦根治术后复发的患者鼻腔上颌窦观察。结果 :上颌窦内感染、纤维化 ,包裹积液者 17例 ,下鼻道造口闭锁者 10例 ,鼻甲肥大压迫阻塞窦口者 8例 ,鼻中隔偏曲者 4例 ,肿瘤及息肉复发者 8例 ,过敏因素 1例 ,综合因素者 2例。结论 :上颌窦内感染、纤维化 ,包裹积液。

Objective:[WT5BZ]To investigate the recurrent cause of maxillary sinus radical treatment.[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ]50 recurrent patients after maxillary winus radical treatment were observed by nasal endoscope [WT5HZ]Results[WT5BZ]:①The maxillary sinus with infection,fibrosis and fibrous capsule in 17 cases.②orifice of inferior meatus with artretostormia in 10 cases③hypertrophic inferior turbinate obstructing the crifice in 8 cases ④deviation of nasal septum in 4 cases⑤recurrence of tumor and nasal polyp in 8 cases⑥allergic cases in 1 case⑦and the other in 2 cases.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Infection fibrosis and obstruction can be main recurrent cause. [WT5HZ]
