中西医结合治疗糖尿病足疗效观察

Observation of the effect of integrated traditional and westernmedicine therapy on diabetes mellites feet

目的 :总结我院 1995～ 1999年应用中西医结合治疗糖尿病足 (DF)疗效。方法 :对照组应用降糖药和山莨菪碱治疗 ,治疗组应用 ,上述药加中汇川黄液 ,蜈蚣。结果 :治疗组治愈好转率达90 % ,对照组治疗好转率为 6 0 %。结论 :治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)

Objective:[WT5BZ]To sum up the effect of integrated traditional and western medicine therapy on diabetes mellitus feet in our hospital during 1995～1999.[WT5HZ]Methods: [WT5BZ]The comparison groups used reduction sugar drugs and raceani sodamine,the control groups used reduction sugar drugs and raceaniso damine and Zhong Hui Chuan Huang Ye and Scolopendra [WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]the recovery rate of the control groupl was 90%,the recovery rate of the comparison groups was 60%.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The effect of the control groups was obviously higher than that in comparison groups (P<0.01). [WT5HZ]
