摘要
目的 :观察去甲肾上腺素性心肌损害超微结构的变化 ,并探讨其机理。方法 :经兔耳静脉滴注超剂量去甲肾上腺素 (1ml/ kg) ,持续 90 min,用药后 2 4 h处死动物取左室心肌电镜观察。结果 :线粒体内出现 emyelin样结构 ,或致密小体 ,肌原纤维收缩 ,核染色质变性。结论 :去甲肾上腺素可造成心肌细胞超微结构的变化 ,其机理可能与细胞内 Ca2 +积聚。
Objective:[WT5BZ]Observing the ultrastructural changing of myocatolium damaged by noradrenaline and discussing its principle.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Intravenous injection the enough noradrenaline(1mg/kg)for 90 min,after 24h,the rabbit was killed and removed the heart,observing the left ventricular myocardium with electron microscope.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The emyelin structure or dense body shown in mitochondrion,myofibril contracting,nuclear chromatin denaturation.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]Noradrenaline can cause the ultrastructural changing of myocatolium cell,its principle may relate with Ca 2+ concentration of cell and energy dysbolism.
