摘要
目的:通过观察外源性瘦素对兔急性肺栓塞(APE)后IL-6及IL-8水平的影响,探讨其在肺损伤时的保护机制。方法:选取健康新西兰兔24只,随机分为两组,模型组与瘦素预处理组,每组12只。两组分别采血离心后取上清液,用ELISA方法检测血清炎性因子。结果:瘦素预处理组IL-6及IL-8水平比较模型对照组明显下降,且P值<0.05,具有统计学意义;症状所见瘦素预处理明显轻于模型对照组。结论:外源性瘦素通过对急性肺栓塞后血清IL-6及IL-8的水平下调,从而对损伤的肺组织起到了保护作用。
Objective: To observe the exogenous leptin effect on the IL-6 and IL-8 level when happened the acute pulmonary embolism(APE) in rabbit.This paper discussed the protection mechanism of leptin in lung injury.Method: 24 healthy New Zealand rabbits,divided into the control group and the pretreatment with leptin group randomly,each group included 12.Centrifuged the blood sample in both the two group then collected the liquid supernatant,using ELISA to detect the inflammatory factor in the liquid supernatant.Result: The IL-6 and IL-8 level in pretreatment with leptin group obviously decreased,P0.05,There's statistical significance.Symptoms showed in the pretreatment with leptin group transference remission to the control group.Conclusion: The exogenous leptin has ability to down regulate the IL-6 and IL-8 level in serum after the acute pulmonary thromboembolism,thereby,to protect the damaged lung tissue.
