CD105在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达与VEGF-C的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究探讨CD105在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达与VEGF-C表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化S-P方法检测56例PTC和22例结节性甲状腺肿组织中的CD105、VEGF-C的表达,并计数CD105标记的MVD值。结果:以CD105标记的PTC组织中MVD值及VEGF-C的表达与结节性甲状腺肿组织间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MVD值与VEGF-C表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。且与淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.01)。结论:CD105与PTC的微血管形成、淋巴结转移密切相关。提示PTC标本中CD105、VEGF-C的联合检测可以为患者预后提供有价值的信息。
