摘要
研究了一种从石油化工废重整催化剂高铝高酸废水中回收铝的新工艺。采用磁选除铁、降酸提铝、金属置换、重结晶等技术,进一步优化回收工艺,最终得到了工业级铝铵矾晶体产品。该工艺流程短,投资省,效益好,污染少,实用性强,有价金属综合利用程度高,基本达到了清洁生产、环境友好、节能减排和循环利用的绿色冶金目的。
It has studied a new technology of recycling aluminum in high aluminum and high acid waste water from petrochemical spent reforming catalyst, which adopt the technologies such as deferrization using magnetic separation, extraction aluminum using dropping acid, metal substitution and recrystallization, further optimized recycling process, finally, industrial grade aluminum ammonium alum crystals was produced. This process has the advantages of simpler skills, lower investment, better benefits, less pollution and more practicability, moreover, the level of comprehensive utilization of valuable metals is higher. Consequently, this process has basically reached the green metallurgical purpose of cleaner production, environmental-friendly, energy conservation and cyclic utilization.
