摘要
拟将固定源二恶类污染物监测实际发生的费用与成本进行计算分析,以确定目前收费标准的合理性并力求建立合适的成本考核与计算口径;为约束与降低运营成本提供依据,力求提高资金使用效率。
This paper has calculated and analyzed the cost and actual expense of monitoring dioxin pollution in fixed pollution source to ensure the rationality of present charging standard, and try hard to establish reasonable cost examination and calculation caliber. All these works can provide a basis for reducing cost and enhance the useful efficiency of funds.
