为实现XZ中频感应加热设备对GCr15轴承钢特殊结构的产品局部退火,根据其工艺流程,设计了能够实现自动退火的设备,从而减少了人为因素对产品质量的影响。主要介绍中频感应加热退火设备的设计方案、机械及其模具设计。

In order to realize local annealing to GCr15 beating steel products in special structure with XZ type medium frequency induction heating equipment, the automatic annealing equipment was designed according to its technological process, so that the human influence to product quality was decreased. Here it mainly introduced the design plan of medium frequency induction heating annealing equipment, together with its mechanical and mould design.
