摘要
本文以数据和事实为基础,分析总结了美国加州高等教育的成就和经验。深圳要实现高等教育跨越式发展,需借鉴加州高等教育发展的成功经验:鼓励私立高校发展;实现高等教育分类协调发展;通过立法赋予高校高度自主权;进一步加强政府对高等教育的重视程度。
Based on the facts and figures, this study analyses and summaries me acmevements anu experience of higher education in California. Shenzhen can benefit from Califomia＇s model in the follow aspects such as encouragement of the development of private universities, classified and balanced development of higher education, more decision-making power of higher education institutions by legislation, and more support from the government.
