摘要
高校图书馆服务品牌的价值来源于读者,是对图书馆服务的全面质量肯定。当前,创建高校图书馆服务品牌是深化高校教育改革的要求,是高校图书馆生存和发展的需要,是提高馆藏资源利用率的需要。在信息社会的环境下,高校图书馆必须转变观念树立品牌意识、改变结构突出馆藏特点、提高技术创新服务模式,进一步提升图书馆的管理和服务水平。
The value on service brand of university library comes form readers, which is an affirmation of total quality in library service. At present, developing service brand of university library is a requirement of deepening ed- ucation reform in colleges and universities ,library survival and development, and improving collection utilization rate. In the information society ,university libraries should change their ideas to build brand awareness ,reveal promi- nent features in changing structure, and promote service mode of technological innovation. Therefore, it further heightens library management and service level.
