2-腈甲基苯并咪唑与酮类的Knoevenagel反应研究

摘要 初步研究了吗啡啉/乙酸催化的2-腈甲基苯并咪唑与酮的Knoevenagel缩合反应,合成得到了五个3位双取代2-苯并咪唑丙烯腈衍生物,探讨了其缩合反应的规律。研究结果对进一步研究2-腈甲基苯并咪唑与酮的Knoevenagel缩合反应并合成3位双取代2-苯并咪唑丙烯腈衍生物具有指导借鉴意义。 The Knoevenagel reaction of 2-cyanomethylbenzimidazole with ketones catalyzed by morphline/acetic acid was studied. Five 3 - disubstituted - 2 - benzimidzolyl acrylonitrile derivatives were synthesized as a result. The reac-tion rule was discussed. The study was instructive to further investigation on the synthesis of 3 - disubstituted benzim- idzolvl acrvlonitrile derivatives.
