初始温度对干冰喷射法去除铁板表面漆涂层的影响

摘要 主要研究了采用干冰喷射法去除铁板表面防锈漆涂层中温度的影响,考察了不同初始温度与去除的铁板表面防锈漆涂层的质量之间的关系。利用扫描电镜(SEM)对不同温度中防锈漆涂层的铁板样表面进行分析,结果表明涂层表面形态受温度影响较大,温度越低,防锈漆涂层破坏越严重,干冰喷射法去除的防锈漆涂层越多,去污效果越好。 The experiments researched the influence of temperature on cleaning antirust paint of the iron surface in dry - ice blasting. The samples with keeping in deferent initial temperature environment were jetted by dry - ice. The curves were between the temperature and the quality of antirust paint of the iron, and the surface morphology observed the iron in different temperature environment before blasting through scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results showed that the surface morphology of antirust paint coats of the iron was more badly damaged with the lower temperature, and got better effectiveness in dry - ice blastin~ for cleaning.
