燃烧精煤对电除尘影响的实验研究

摘要 将从不同电厂采集的原煤和原煤分选得到的精煤作为实验对象。通过精煤与原煤的灰分对比,精煤与原煤燃烧产生灰样的粘附性对比分析实验得出:电厂燃烧精煤可以使锅炉产灰量减小,降低除尘器进口烟气含尘浓度,加快电除尘器内粉尘颗粒的相互凝并,减少二次扬尘的发生,进一步提高电除尘器的除尘效率。 Using the raw coal and the clean coal separated from the raw coal of different power plants as the experi-mental subjects, through the comparison of the ash of clean coal with raw coal, comparative analysis experiments of the adhesion of different ashes of clean coal and raw coal, the result showed that power plants burning clean coal boiler pro-duction can reduce the ash content, reduce the flue gas dust concentration of precipitator imported, accelerate the mutual coagulation of dust particles in the electrostatic precipitator, reduce the incidence of secondary dust, and further improve the collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator.
