着色探伤剂在弱酸条件下对碳钢焊缝腐蚀影响

摘要 采用电化学噪声测试技术和电化学极化技术,研究了着色探伤渗透剂在pH值为6.1,温度为21℃的雨水中对Q235钢及含有焊缝的Q235钢腐蚀快慢的影响。试验结果表明,着色探伤渗透剂能减缓雨水对Q235钢和含有焊缝的Q235钢的腐蚀,着色探伤渗透剂对碳钢的耐腐蚀能力提高明显,对含有焊缝的碳钢耐腐蚀能力提高不如碳钢。 Using electrochemical noise testing technology and electrochemical polarization technology, the effect of dye penetrant inspection penetrating agent under the pH 6. 1 and the temperature 21 ℃ of rainwater on the Q235 steel and contain weld of Q235 steel corrosion speed influence was studied. The test results showed that the dye penetrant inspection penetrating agent can slow down the rain on Q235 steel and contain weld of Q235 steel corrosion, dye penetrant inspection penetrating agent for carbon steel corrosion resistance increased obviously, and the corrosion resistance ability of carbon steel containing weld was not better than that of carbon steel.
