摘要
简述了原催化剂在使用过程中存在的问题和对生产的影响,介绍了AEB-1烷基转移催化剂在稀乙烯制乙苯装置上的使用情况以及AEB-1催化剂与原烷基转移反应催化剂在生产应用上的区别,并将AEB-1烷基转移催化剂在稀乙烯制乙苯装置与纯乙烯制乙苯装置上的使用情况进行了对比。因操作条件的改变,烷基转移进料泵改造后耗电量下降,热载体加热炉F101热负荷降低,对热载体的结碳影响下降。实践证明,AEB-1烷基转移催化剂能够在稀乙烯制乙苯装置上很好的应用,并能降低生产成本,降低装置能耗,提高经济效益。
Problems and influences of the original catalysts existed in process were introduced, and the usage of AEB - 1 alkyl transfer catalysts in a dilute ethylene ethyl benzene device and differences between AEB - 1 catalyst and the o-riginal alkyl transfer catalyst in production application were presented. The AEB - 1 alkyl transfer catalyst in dilute ethyl-ene to ethyl benzene device was compared with the one in pure ethylene to ethyl benzene device. For operating conditions changed, power consumption of alkyl transfer feed pump upgraded can be lowered, heat load of heat carrier furnace F101 was reduced, and carbon influence of the heat carrier declined. It proved that the application of the AEB - 1 alkyl transfer catalyst was good in dilute ethylene to ethyl benzene device in practice, and can reduce the production cost and device en-ergy consumption to improve economic benefit.
