核心竞争力培育中高职院校专业改革与建设

Professional Reform and Construction in Cultivation of Core Competitiveness of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育从曾经的压缩饼干要走出自己的特色,就要具备可持续发展的能力,就要具有核心竞争力,这就要不断地完善专业的设置和改革,摈弃墨守成规,接受新生事物,在培育高职院校自身核心竞争力过程中优化专业设置,以专业的示范建设提升高职院的核心竞争力。本文从三个层面探讨了高职院校在核心竞争力培育过程中专业改革与建设的途径。

The higher vocational education from compressed biscuits to form its own characteristics must have the ca-pacity for sustainable development, have the core competitiveness, and it would improve the professional setting and re-form, to abandon the stick in the mud, to accept new things, and to cultivate their core competitiveness in Higher Voca- tional Colleges in the process of optimization of professional settings. The professional reform and construction way were discussed from three aspects in the process of cultivating of core competence.
