摘要
为评价浙江省新生儿乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗接种率和免疫效果 ,1997年 6月在全省 11个地区 (市 )采用分阶段随机抽样法 ,抽取 1992年 1月 1日～ 1996年 10月 31日出生的儿童 4876人 ,调查了乙肝疫苗的首针接种率和 3针全程合格接种率 ,又对其中10个县 (区 )的 75 1名儿童采血检测HBsAg和抗 -HBs。结果显示 :浙江省新生儿乙肝疫苗首针接种率已达 96 10 % ,3针全程合格接种率为 93 0 3 % ,接种率呈逐年上升趋势。HBsAg阳性率为 2 0 0 % ,较接种乙肝疫苗前 (1985～ 1991年 )的 7 95 %有明显下降 ,抗 -HBs阳性率达 73 10 % ,几何平均滴度为 39 2 5mIU/ml。说明浙江省新生儿乙肝疫苗接种率已处于较高的水平 。
In order to evaluate the immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine in vaccinated newborns in Zhejiang Province,we selected 4876 children from 11 regions (cities) born in Jan.1,1992～Oct.30,1996 for investigation of first dose and 3 doses immunization coverage rates using mualtistage cluster systematic sampling,and besides,751 children from ten districts went bled for HBsAg and anti-HBs detection by RIA. Results showed that hepatitis B immunization coverage rate of the newborns receiving first dose reached 96.10%, and those receiving 3 doses reached 93.03%,the coverage rate rose with years. HBsAg positive rate reduced from 7.95% in children born in 1985-1991 to 2.00% in children born in 1992-1996. Anti-HBs positive rate was 73.10%,GMT was 39.25 mlU/ml. These data showed that, in Zhejiang Province, the immunization coverage rate of hepatitis B vaccine was high and the immune effect was satisfactory.
