小儿消化性溃疡并出血66例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 66 Children with Bleeding Complicated by Peptic Ulcer

目的 :探讨小儿消化性溃疡并出血 6 6例。方法 :纤维内窥镜检查证实 36例 ,胃肠钡餐造影确诊 30例。结果 :内科保守治疗 6 4例 ,外科手术治疗 2例。并对小儿消化性溃疡并出血的高危因素进行分析 ,发现与年龄、环境、长期误诊误治及血型均有一定关系。结论

Objective:To study 66 children with bleeding complicated by peptic ulcer.Method:Thirty￣six cases were identified by fiberoptic endoscope,36s gastrointestinal barium meal examination.Results:Sixty￣four cases were admitted with conservative treatment,only 2s surgery.Conclusion:There is a adoptable outcome of conservative treatment on bleeding complicated by peptic ulcer in children.
