摘要
目的 :观察脾切除对移植免疫耐受形成的影响。方法 :采用分光光度测定法检测脾切除后大鼠血清溶血素含量 ,以APAAP法检测T细胞亚群细胞 ;并动态观察三种脾切除对移植耐受 (IIT)形成的影响。结果 :脾切除可减弱机体初级免疫应答 ,影响T细胞亚群 ,保留 5 0 %脾脏可保留部分脾功能 ;三种不同量脾切除对免疫耐受形成有协同作用 ,明显延长移植心存活时间 ,平均达 80天。结论 :5 0
Objective:To explore the influence of splenectomy on the immune tolerance.Method:The level of serum IgM and the subsets of T_cells of experimental rats with mobilized spleen, partial splenectomy(50%,75%)and total splenectomy was measured after operation,respectively.The effect of splenectomy on rat heartgraft survival time was studied.Results:The splenectomy including 75% splenectomy decreased the primary immune reaction,caused the change of subsets of T_cells.It is suggested that 50% splenectomy reforced the tolerance formation,causing the prolongation of heart allograft survival with an average of over 80 days.Conclusion:Fifty percent splenectomy is an effective method for suppressing graft rejection by decreasing immune reaction.
