摘要
EBI2受体为7次跨膜偶联受体,是EBV感染淋巴细胞使表达上调最高的基因之一。文中对EBI2调节抗体依赖型免疫反应中B细胞运动的研究进展进行了综述,为今后EBI2的分子机制及其生物学功能研究提供了理论依据。
EBI2 receptor is known as a kind of 7TM G protein-coupled receptors. EBI2 gene is one of the most unregulated genes in Epstein- Barr virus (EBV) -infected lymphocytes. The research progress of B cell migration in EBI2 regulation antibody immune reaction was reviewed, which will provide theoretical basis for EB12 molecular mechanism and biological function.
