摘要 [目的]确定提取铁苋菜多糖的最佳工艺。[方法]采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,分别通过正交试验法和响应面法对传统热水浸提和微波辅助提取工艺进行优选。[结果]传统热水浸提的最优工艺为:加药材40倍量的水,在60℃下提取1.5 h,提取3次后的多糖得率为33.73%。响应面法分析微波提取工艺的显著影响因素为微波功率和料液比的共同作用。[结论]微波辅助传统热水浸提提取多糖收率高、成本低、技术简单,是提取铁苋菜多糖的有效方法。 [ Objective ] To study the extraction parameters for polysaccharides from Acalypha australis L. [ Method] The content of polysac- charides in Acalypha australis was determined by the method of phenol-sulphate acid. The hot water diffusion and the microwave extraction process were optimized based on the orthogonal experiment and response surface methodology. [ Result ] The result of the hot water diffusion showed the optimum extraction condition was as follow : 40 times of water, extracting 1.5 hours by 60 ℃. The extraction ratio of polysaccha- ride reached 33.73% after 3 times. It was indicated that the great influence is the interaction of microwave power and solid-liquid ratio by re- sponse surface methodology. [ Conclusion] Microwave assisted hot water diffusion applied in the polysaccharides extraction with higher produc- tivity, low cost and simple, which is an effective way to extract polysaccharides from Acalypha australis.
