摘要
[目的]全面掌握云南烟区烟叶物理特性差异。[方法]选取云南2010、2011年不同产区不同品种上、中部1 058个烟叶样品进行物理特性指标系统分析评价,并探讨不同品种、不同产区烟叶样品物理特性质量的主要差异。[结果]云南地区烤烟上部烟叶各物理特性值的一般范围是:厚度0.109~0.229 mm,平衡含水率12.35%~16.22%,含梗率21.44%~35.31%,填充值2.43~4.37 cm3/g,叶面密度71.370~125.518 g/m2,抗张强度0.109~0.224 kN/m;中部烟叶一般范围是:厚度0.087~0.197 mm,平衡含水率12.47%~16.46%,含梗率24.93%~36.95%,填充值2.35~4.37 cm3/g,叶面密度52.995~107.127 g/m2,抗张强度0.099~0.205 kN/m。多数物理特性指标在测定的2年间相对稳定。品种差异比较方面,红大、K326、云85都表现出较显著的物理特性差异。不同产区间各物理特性值差异显著。[结论]该研究可为正确定位生态区域种植规划下各个烟区烟叶质量特色以及中式卷烟差异化之烟叶原料差异化的特色定位特供数据参考。
[ Objective] The purpose was to fully grasp physical characteristics variation in of Yunnan's flue-cured tobacco leaf. [ Method ] 1 058 middle leaf samples taken from various flue-cured tobacco growing areas in Yunnan in 2010 and 2011 were used to study physical char- acteristics and their regional variation. [ Result] The results showed that leaf thickness, balanced moisture content, percentage stem, filling value, leaf density, tensile strength of upper leaf were 0. 109 - 0. 229 mm, 12.35% - 16.22%, 21.44% - 35.31%, 2.43 - 4.37 cm3/g, 71. 370 - 125. 518 g/m2, 0. 109 - 0. 224 kN/m; The corresponding intex of middle leaf were 0. 087 - 0. 197mm, 12.47% - 16.46%, 24.93% - 36.95%, 2.35 -4.37 cm3/g, 52.995 - 107. 127 g/m2, 0. 099 - 0.205 kN/m. Most physical characteristics were steady within the two measuring years. Significant tobacco cultivars variations of Hongda, K326, Yun85 were observed. Most physical characteristics had significant differences in different production areas. [ Conclusion] The study provides a data reference for correctly located flue-cured tobacco leaf' s quality and characteristics of all tobacco areas under ecological region planting planning and flue-cured tobacco leaf raw materials'differ- entiation, one of Chinese cigarette differentiations.
