木材变色菌防治药剂的初步筛选

Preliminary Screening of Chemicals for Control of Wood Sapstain Fungus

[目的]筛选对木材变色菌生长具有较好抑制作用的化学杀菌剂。[方法]采用抑菌圈法测定9种化学药剂、14种复合配方对5种木材变色菌抑菌能力。[结果]9种药剂中,CBZ和Me-TBZ单独使用对变色菌的抑菌效果最明显,大部分复配药剂提高了抑菌能力。[结论]复配药剂的抑菌效果明显好于单独使用的药剂。

[ Objective ] Screening an effective chemical fungicide to control the growth of wood sapstain fungus. [ Method ] Bacteriostatic effects including 9 kinds of single chemicals and 14 kinds of compound reagents against 5 kinds of wood sapstain fungus, by using method of bacteriostatic circle. [ Result] CBZ and Me -TBZ have good effects on wood sapstain fungus, most of compound reagents raise the bacteriostatic ability. [ Conclusion ] The compound reagents were more effective to the single chemicals.
