罗汉松嫩枝扦插育苗技术研究

Report on Technique of Cutting and Seedling Raising on Podocaarpus macrophyllus

[目的]研究罗汉松嫩枝扦插育苗技术。[方法]对影响罗汉松嫩枝扦插生根效果的植物生长调节剂、扦插基质、激素品种、激素浓度等因子进行了扦插育苗试验。[结果]根长、生根数、生根率最好的组合是黄土+NAA(200μg/ml)。[结论]基质为黄土、激素为NAA(萘已酸)、浓度为200μg/ml的处理组合(A2B3C1)生根率、生根数和最长根长均最好。

[ Objective ] The technique of cutting and seedling raising on podocaarpus macrophyllus was studied. [ Method ] The factors including plant growth regulators, cutting media, varieties and density of hormone that affecting the seeding raising of Podocaarpus macrophyllus was car- ried out. [ Result ] The best treatment was yellow soil ＋ NAA （200 μg/ml）. [ Conchasion ] It was obviously the most in branch accelerated roo- ting, rooting number and rooting length under treatment media of yellow soil, NAA and A2B3C1 in 200 μg/ml concentration.
