摘要
为探究生活固体废弃物的资源化,采集毕节当地市售西瓜经去瓤留皮提取其中的果胶。通过试验探索了以超临界二氧化碳法提取西瓜皮中果胶的试验过程中的萃取时间、萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2流量、投料比及pH等对萃取结果的影响。结果表明,在萃取时间为15 min、萃取压力8.5 MPa、萃取温度40℃、CO2流量12 L/h、投料比为1∶5 g/ml及pH等于2的条件下,西瓜皮中果胶萃取率最高达12.1%。
To explore recycling of life solid wastes, pectin was extracted from watermelon collected from markets in Bijie City with supercriti- cal CO2 method. The influencing factors including extraction time, pressure, temperature, CO2 flux, reactant ratio, pH were discussed. The results showed that, watermelon pectin extraction ratio could up to 12.1% under the conditions of extraction time 15 min, pressure 8.5 MPa, temoerature 40 ℃, CO2 12 L/h, reactant ratio 1:5, pH 2.
