高职动物医学专业校企合作毕业顶岗实习的实践研究

针对目前动物医学专业"校企合作、毕业顶岗实习"过程中学校"一头热",实习目标不明确,岗位分散,学生管理难度大等状况,研究力图构建出一套"目标化、三师制"的高职动物医学专业校企合作毕业顶岗实习的新模式,并对该模式进行深入的研究与探讨。

Aiming at the situation of only college enthusiasm, internship goals not clear, post dispersion and difficult to manage students exi- ting in the process of school-enterprise cooperation post practice of animal medicine profession＂, the study sought to build a ＂ target, three-tu- tor＂ school-enterprise cooperation post practice model for vocational animal medical profession, and in-depth research, discussion were carried out.
