摘要
大中型数控车床为满足主轴低速大转矩的要求,充分发挥主轴电动机的切削功率,一般需采用齿轮换挡传动。本文以数控车床CAK6150Di为例,介绍了数控车床齿轮换挡目的;主轴自动换挡控制原理、过程、参数设置、常见故障及诊断方法。
Large and medium - sized numerical control lathe spindle low speed to meet the requirements of the big torque, give full play to the spindle motor cutting power, general need to adopt gear shift transmission.
