基于PLC控制气泡自动测量装置的研制

摘要 通过需求分析,研制了一款军用检测水幕弹产品发泡量的仪器。该仪器以PLC为控制核心,机械机构部分,从整体设计、局部设计再到详细设计的分层递阶思想展开,并应用三维实体软件对其进行干涉检验;控制部分,根据功能需求选择适当的电器元件,搭建系统控制平台,并选用梯形图语言编写控制程序,实现系统的自动控制。经过试验测试,该系统能够很好地实现精密测量和自动控制的要求。 Through the functional analysis, the Air Bubbles Measuring Machine is developed. The instrument is controlled through the PLC, while mechanical mechanism portion from Overall design, Local design to Detailed design is achieved by hierarchical methods and tested by three-dimensional solid software. The control section selects the appropriate electrical components based on functional requirements, control platform system is built and control program is completed, The system achieves automatic control. After pilot testing, precision measuring and automatic control is achieved.
