江西省发展建设养老公寓的现状及对策分析

On the Development of Old-age Apartment in Jiangxi Province

在我国老年人多数选择居家养老以及家庭养老功能逐渐弱化的双重因素影响下,目前的养老模式已经难以满足老年人的养老需求,这也催生了一种全新的养老模式——"养老公寓+专业养老服务"的运作模式。本文通过对江西省建设养老公寓的现状进行分析,发现在我省运作该新型模式的优势和问题所在,并在此基础上提出完善我省养老公寓建设的对策建议。

In our country, the majority of old people choose home to be taken care of. While family Pension Mode cann＇t meet the needs of old people, which spawns a new pattern for the aged--operation mode： ＂old-age apartment and professional nursing service＂. This paper analyzed the present situation of the old-age apartment in Jiangxi province, analyses the advantages and problems in the operation of the new model, and provides counte measures and suggestions to imprive the construction of our old-age apartment.
