南昌市交通管理调查及思考

Investigation and Thoughts about the Traffic Control in Nanchang

南昌市与我国众多大中城市一样,面临着城区交通拥堵问题。通过对南昌市各阶层市民抽样发放调查问卷,对南昌市交通拥堵情况、市民交通行为习惯、交通管理部门执法情况等获取第一手资料。本文在结合参考国内外交通管理经验后,对南昌市交通发展规划及解决交通拥堵问题进行分析思考,并提出切实可行的政策建议。

Like most of the large and medium-sized cities in China, Nanhang faces the traffic congestion in downtown. On the basis of the first hand information about the staus of the traffic congestion, the citizens＇ traffic behaviors, the law enforcement of traffic management departmen, this paper analyzes the traffic development planning and how to solve the traffic congestion, then offer policy suggestions.
