当代大学生作为祖国的栋梁,其思想政治素养高低和国家未来的发展有着直接的关系。大学阶段是大学生人生观、价值观形成的关键阶段,加大大学生思想政治教育力度,是高校急需解决的问题。当代大学生因其特殊心理特征,会出现不同形式思想政治问题。因此,高校辅导员要时刻关注学生心理动态,引导学生树立正确人生观与价值观。本文主要阐述了当代大学生思想政治素养现状、影响当代大学生思想政治素养的因素并对当代大学生思想政治教育与管理的途径予以探讨。

Contemporary college students,as the pillars of our country,their ideological and political literacy level and the country＇s future development has a direct relationship.The college is a critical stage of the college students on life and values formation,increase the ideological and political education efforts,the universities need to be resolved.Because of their special psychological characteristics,different forms of ideological and political issues.Therefore,as a college counselor should always concerned about the students＇ psychological dynamics,and guide students to establish a correct outlook on life and values.Described the contemporary ideological and political literacy status quo,and factor analysis of the impact of contemporary ideological and political literacy,and the Ways of Ideological and Political Education and management.
