摘要
班级作为学校中的"微型社会",存在不同类型的"弱势群体",如经济弱势型、学业弱势型、同伴资源弱势型、班级组织资源弱势型等。弱势群体现象对学生的发展产生不利影响,弱势群体易产生自卑心理,猜疑心理倾向明显,不善于交往。要转化班级弱势群体,需要政府、学校以及家庭的共同努力。
The class as a "micro-society" in the schools, there are different types of "vulnerable groups",such as economically disadvantaged type, academic disadvantaged type companion resources vulnerable type,class organizational resources vuln- erable type. Phenomenon of vulnerable groups adversely affect the development of students, easy to produce inferiority, suspicion psychological tendency is obvious, not good contacts. To be transformed into a class of vulnerable groups, requires the joint efforts of government, schools and families.
