To cultivate innovative talent, it is necessary for basic education to implement innovative education, teaching and learning activities as a link, classroom teaching as a plat-form to develop students＇ awareness of innovation, innovation ability and creative personality. The article describes the innovative education, and talks about four aspects of teaching ideas,classroom teaching,teachers＇ ability and knowledge structure and use of new technologies to cultivate innovative talents of the implementation strategy.
