摘要
一个媒体组织究竟选择何种经营业务或项目,既有传媒经营的质的规定性或必然性,又有传媒经营面临环境的随机性或偶然性。一方面,选择有共性的一面,媒体大多将发行、广告等作为主营业务项目,这也可称为传媒经营中的基础性业务。另一方面,选择差异性的一面,传媒经营者可以根据自身面临的环境条件或资源优势选择某些个性化的经营项目。本文将重点探索在传媒经营实践中,如何处理这两者的关系。
Whether a media organization to choose which business or project,or necessity of the provisions of the quality of the existing media operators,but also the media business is facing environmental randomness or chance.On the one hand,select a common side,the media mostly will issue advertising as the main business items,which can also be referred to as the basis for business in the media business.The other hand,the choice side of the difference,media operators can choose some personalized business projects based on their own facing the environmental conditions or resource advantages.This article will focus on exploration in the media business practice,and how to deal with the relationship between the two.
