本文结合个人实践,运用"小先生制"在中职体育中教学,让学生在体育教学中占主导地位,教师只负责指导评价的工作。在培养学生的体育兴趣、自信心、自主意识、创新力方面取得良好的教学效果。

Combining with the personal practice,use of ＂Mr.Small＂ system in sports teaching in vocational schools,lets the student in the sports teaching the dominant,teachers only responsible for guiding the work of evaluation.In the training of the students＇ interest in sports,self-confidence,independent consciousness,innovation has good teaching effect.
