加强高校农科类专业勤工助学工作的实践与思考

Practice and Thought about Strengthening the Work-Study Work of Agricultural Specialty

文章在论述勤工助学重要意义的基础上,提出开展勤工助学要把解决学生经济困难与培养学生综合素质有机地结合起来。以海南大学农科类专业开展勤工助学工作为例,总结开展勤工助学工作的实践:建立长期有效的勤工助学基地;提高勤工助学岗位层次,增设智力型岗位;拓宽勤工助学渠道。针对勤工助学活动开展过程中遇到的问题,提出相应的对策,不断完善勤工助学实践模式。

In the article,the important significance of work-study program is discussed,and it is clear that the economy difficulty and sitting up exercise of university student will be solved though work-study program.We have work-study job in Hainan University agricultural professional as an example,summarizing the practice of work-study job： setting up long-term and effective work-study base;heightening work-study station,increasingly setting up mentality station;broadening work-study channel.Aiming at the problem In the process of developing work-study program,we put forward corresponding countermeasure,unceasingly improving and making work-study practice perfect.
