摘要
分别自青年和老年大鼠耳蜗核提取多聚腺嘌呤信使核糖核酸(mRNA),注入非洲爪蟾卵母细胞表达有功能的乙酸胆碱(ACh)受体,利用电压钳方法记录ACh受体电流。在注射老年大鼠耳蜗核mRNA的卵母细胞膜上记录到ACh受体电流最大幅度<青年组(P<0.05)。推论移植的老年大鼠耳蜗核ACh受体功能的下降可能与老年性聋的发病有关。
Poly(A)~ + mRNAs isolated from the cochlear nucleus of the adolescent(2-3 months) and aged (24 -36 months) rats were microinjected into Xenopus laevis oocytes to express the functional acetylcholine receptor. Voltage clamp technique was used to record the current of acetylcholine receptor. The maximum amplitude of ace- tylcholine receptor current detected in aged group was lower than that in adolescent group (P<0. 05). The result indicates that the decrease of acetylcholine receptor function in aged rat cochlear nucleus may be related to presby- cusis.
