Pharmaceuticals Management in Laboratory for Chemistry and Biology Dual Major in College

随着教学任务及科研任务的不断增加,我院由于化学与生物双专业的实验室药品的多样性而导致管理难度加大,本文对我院实验室药品管理存在的危机进行分析,就解决这些危机从领导重视、制度健全等方面对其进行了探讨。

With the increasing of teaching tasks and scientific research missions,the diversity of pharmaceuticals causes the difficulty of its management.Based on the analysis of the crisis existing in lab pharmaceuticals management,this paper explores the solutions to the crisis from the aspects of leadership and system.
