The journal of university location is the services for colleges and universities in the teaching and the scientific research,promoting academic exchanges.It was founded since one hundred years ago,promote greatly the progress of science and technology of China and the rapid development of higher education.Colleges and universities developed rapidly,existing academic and journals evaluation system journals is promoted the development of university journal,and caused some negative influence too.University journals should be positioning clearly,adhere to the academic,services to the development of colleges and universities.
