A Study on the Development of School of Social Service Administration in the University of Chicago Based on SWOT Model

芝加哥大学社会工作学院从创立到现在取得了辉煌的成就,建立了社会工作教育领域的领袖地位。本文试采用SWOT法对芝加哥大学社会工作学院的优势、劣势、机会和挑战做出分析,并在分析的基础上提出促进社会工作学院发展的建议。

School of Social Service Administration in university of Chicago has made brilliant achievements from its establishment to now, and established leadership in the field of social work education.This paper,with the SWOT model,tries to analyze the strength,weakness,opportunity,and threat in the development of the School of Social Service Administration. And it puts forward some suggestions for the development of social work education.
