摘要
本研究采用问卷调查对非英语专业大学2年级学生英语自我概念、学习动机和自我认同变化之间的关系进行了探讨。研究结果表明:1)大学生英语学习动机类型、动机强度与英语自我概念呈显著正相关性。2)自我概念影响自我认同自信心变化。3)自我概念和出国动机影响自我认同附加性变化。4)内部兴趣和社会责任动机影响自我认同生产性变化。
This quantitative study examined the relationship between English self-concept,learning motivation and self-identity change among Chinese non-English major students. The major findings are as follows:firstly,English self-concept is positively and significantly correlated with English learning motivation type and motivation intensity.Secondly,causal ordering exists from English self-concept to self-confidence change,from English selfconcept and the motivation of going abroad to additive change, from inward interest and outward requirement to productive change.
