To construct a vivid vocational education group and development in the road of ＂government-school-enterprise alli- ance＂,higher vocational school should actively innovate develo- pment methods and eliminate obstacles in reform.Taking the co- ncrete example in our school for an example,the paper expou- nds the connotation, operating system and operating insurance of this mode, and analyzes the practical effects achieved in the implementing process.
