高职院校国际商务专业人才培养模式研究

A Study on the Talent Cultivation Mode of International Business Major in Higher Vocational College

高职院校国际商务专业人才培养存在"高职特色"不突出、人才培养方案优势不明显、师资力量薄弱以及政府政策投入不足等诸多问题。本论文在讨论存在的问题基础上,提出相应的解决策略,以更好地满足市场需求和适应国际商务实践的需要。

There exist various problems in the talent cultivation of international business major in higher vocational college,such as the lack of higher vocational features and advantages of talent cultivation plans,the weakness of teaching staff,the shortage of government policy support and so on. Based on the discussion on problems existing, this paper proposes the countermeasures to better satisfy market demand and international business practice.
