高职院校培养的人才应和企业的需求相结合的,以工作为导向的课程研究是以实际工作任务为载体,分析完成工作任务应该具备的知识和能力,并根据知识和能力的要求确定具体的教育内容。本文结合外贸会计核算人员的职业能力需要,对外贸会计课程在以工作导向基础上的研究。

Vocational personnel training should combine with the needs of the enterprise.Curriculum study on working process-orientation is conveyed by actual tasks and analyzes the knowledge and ability needed to complete the task so as to determine the specific content of education based on this analysis.Combined with the professional needs of foreign accounting employees,this paper researches into this course based on working process.
