摘要
目的:建立盐酸金刚烷胺胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC-ELSD法测定盐酸金刚烷胺胶囊含量的方法,色谱柱为C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.06%的三氟乙酸(20∶80),柱温为30℃,进样量为10μl,流速为1.0ml.min-1。检测器为ELSD,漂移管温度为65℃,雾化气体为空气,载气流量为2.8L.min-1。结果:盐酸金刚烷胺在(39.62-237.72μg.ml-1)范围内进样量与峰面积的对数有良好的线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率为100.2%(RSD=1.2%)。结论:HPLC-ELSD法样品处理简便,准确度高,专属性强,适合盐酸金刚烷胺胶囊的质量控制。
Objective：Establish amantadine Hydrochloride Capsules in the determination method.Methods C18 column was used,Acetonitriles——0.06% trifluoroacetic acid（TFA） solution（20：80）as the mobile phase and 1.0ml·min-1 as the flow rate.The columntemperature was 30℃,ELSD was used as detector the drift tube temperature was 65℃,nebulizer gas was air andthe flow is 2.8L·min-1.Results The logarithm of the contents of Amantadine Hydrochloride presented had good linear relation-ship with the logarithm of their peak area in the scope of 39.62-237.72μg（r=0.9993）;The recovery was 100.2%（RSD=1.2%）.Conclusion The method is definite simple,stable and accurate.It is suitable for the control of Amantadine Hydrochloride Capsules.
