笔者从四个方面阐述了,工会作为代表工人阶级利益的群众性组织,如何在企业安全文化建设中当好桥梁纽带,协调好把企业的安全管理和职工的安全利益有机统一,发挥着不可替代的作用。
The writer, from four aspects,expounds how the labor union be a bridge in safety cultural construction of the enterprise and coordinate the relationship between enterprise safety management and safety right of the staff.
