摘要
在和谐社会环境下,随着就业工作的市场化和就业形势的日益严峻,探索新的就业指导机制成为高校发展的必须工作。本文在分析了传统就业机制瓶颈的基础上,提出了"五位一体"高校新就业指导机制的构建,以学生的全面发展为目标,深入贯彻科学发展观的内涵,以统筹安排就业指导时间,充实就业指导内容和改变指导方法为核心,加强教师队伍建设,完善评价机制为根本的新就业机制。
In a harmonious social environment,along with the employment work marketability and the increasingly serious employment situation, exploration of new mechanism of careers guidance is becoming the development work.This article analyzes the bottlenecks of the traditional employment mechanism. On basis of the bottlenecks it proposes the construction of the "Five-in-One" New College Careers Guidance Mechanism which takes undergraduate's full scale development as a goal. The new mechanism implements the scientific concept of development connotation thoroughly and takes planning the arrangement career guidance time,the enrichment career guidance content and changing the guidance method as the core.It also takes strengthening the construction of teachers' team,perfecting evaluation system as a fundamental.
