ICU谵妄的原因分析及护理干预

目的:探讨影响ICU谵妄发生的因素,以制定有效的护理对策。方法:收集2011年5月～2012年5月入住ICU的危重症患者的资料,包括年龄、性别、文化程度、宗教信仰、家庭收入、医疗费报销情况、有无疼痛、原发病、患病时间、性格类型、急性生理及慢性健康评分Ⅱ等。采用SPSS11.0统计软件包处理,单因素分析采用χ2检验。结果:本组进入研究患者的402例患者,其中病时间和是否经历同室患者死亡。结论:ICU谵妄发病率较高,并受多种因素影响。有针对性的采取护理措施,加强与患者的交流,获得患者的真实情况,以降低ICU谵妄发生率。

Objective：To investigate the factors that affect the occurrence of ICU delirium in order to develop effective nursing.Methods： Collect information of critically ill patients who stay in ICU from May 2011 to May 2012,including their age,gender,culture,religion,family income,reimbursement of medical expenses,pain or not,primary disease,duration of disease,personality type,acute physiology and chronic health rating 2 and so on.Analyse by spss11.0,handle through sofeware package,single factor analyse using χ2.Results：108 of 402 patients entered the study had ICU delirium,occurring in26.9%.Risk Factors for ICU delirium include using breathing machine for treatment,ICU stay time,sleep,pain,sex,duration of disease and the experience of fellow patients death.Conclusion： ICU higher incidence of delirium is affected by many factors.Adopt the nuring targeted measures to strengthen exchanges with the patients,accessing to the real situation of patients in order to reduce the incidence of ICU delirium.
