Problems that should be Noticed in the Employment of Part -Time Higher Vocational College Teachers

高职教育蓬勃发展,需要聘用大量的兼职教师,兼职教师已成为高职院校教师队伍中重要的一支生力军。目前,许多高职院校对兼职教师的聘用和管理还存在着一些问题。本文从高职院校现状着手,就高职院校聘用兼职教师应注意的几个方面作了探讨。

Higher vocational education is in its vigorous development,so large numbers of part-time teachers are needed as an important teaching staff.However,there still exist some problems in the employment and management of part-time higher vocational college teachers.Starting from the current situation of higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the problems that should be noticed in the employment of part time higher vocational college teachers.
