建筑行业人才素质现状及提升途径探索——以金华地区为例

The Current Situation of Construction Professionals' Quality and the Exploration of Its Promoting Approaches: Taking Jinhua Region as an Example

建筑业是国民经济的重要组成部分。从目前来看,行业人才的素质现状和提升途径的匮乏严重制约了建筑业的科学发展。本文以建筑业较为发达的金华地区为例,对行业人才素质进行全面分析,并提出了集中培训、送教上门、网络课程等素质提升途径。

Construction is an important part of the national economy.Currently,the scientific development of construction is seriously restricted not only by the current situation of low-quality of the professionals,but also by no ways to promote the quality.This paper,taking the more developed Jinhua region as an example,through a comprehensive analysis on the professionals＇ quality,and finally put forward many ways to promote the quality of the professionals,such as conducting concentrated training,offering door-to-door teaching,taking net-work courses,etc.
